Mike Ditka's years in the NFL are filled with numerous team and individual accomplishments. He is one of the few members of the NFL to have won a Super Bowl as a player, assistant coach, and head coach.

During his 11 seasons in Chicago, Mike guided the Bears to six NFC Central Titles, and three trips to the NFC Championship. The 1985 season was highlighted by a 46-10 thrashing of the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XX to finish with an incredible 18-1 overall record. After brief retirement, Mike accepted the head coaching job of the New Orleans Saints.

In 1988, Mike's playing career was honored by induction to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, becoming the first tight end to be enshrined in Canton, Ohio.

Mike has also spent time as an NFL analyst for NBC, appeared in TV programs, and has been active in community activities.
