Harris Sussman

Harris Sussman provides people with tools for personal and professional learning and change.

As Director of Workways Consulting he has been an adviser, guide, and coach to management teams in public and private institutions throughout the United States and internationally. He trains people to lead organizations for the 21st century.

He was vice, president of Prescott College and has been guest instructor at 25 colleges and universities. His signature programs have been conducted for more than 15,000 adults in many settings and formats He has written numerous articles and the handbook, How Diversity Works.

His interdisciplinary education includes an M.A. degree from the Cambridge-Goddard, Graduate School for Social Change and a Ph.D. in Work and Learning from the Union Institute.
